My journey

For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt a deep call to help others heal. As a child, I believed that meant becoming a medical doctor. Something in me instinctively knew I was here to be a healer. But as I entered college and began studying psychology, I realized my passion was actually rooted in understanding people — their emotions, their inner worlds, and the deeper reasons behind their pain and behavior.

I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2007, with specializations in both Clinical Neuropsychology and Clinical Hypnosis. I had always been a highly analytical, left-brained person, grounded in science, research, and structure. My approach to healing was methodical and precise. For many years, that framework served me.

But over time, I began to feel the cracks. I saw clients looking for quick fixes in the form of pills. I saw an industry often silencing the deeper truths. I started uncovering how food, toxins, trauma, and energy affected the mind, and how many things I was never taught in school were central to true healing. I began to question the system I once trusted. I also noticed how often my own voice, especially as a psychology professor was being censored.

When the world slowed during the pandemic, I began to ask deeper questions around my fulfillment and purpose. That period of stillness led me into the world of Past Life Regression hypnosis, which reawakened something ancient in me. I began to KNOW for the first time in this life, that there was more to our existence, more to me, than just this lifetime. And with that realization, my life began to shift.

At first, I thought Past Life Regression was the path I had been searching for. In many ways, it was a powerful turning point. But I soon realized it was only the beginning. Through synchronicities, inner nudges, and continued exploration, it became clear I was meant for something more. I began studying a variety of energy healing methods and eventually found the one that resonated most deeply with me: The Body Code. Around the same time, I was introduced to vibrational medicine and sound healing. What started with a single set of tuning forks quickly grew into a full collection and a profound new way of working. As I practiced, my intuition sharpened, my sensitivity deepened, and my natural gifts began to return. 

Now, my work bridges both worlds. I use my background in psychology to understand the mind, the body, and trauma, and my intuitive gifts to move energy, unlock soul memory, and reconnect people to the blueprint of who they truly are.

I can say with full confidence that the work I do now is profoundly more effective, efficient, and transformative than anything I ever offered as a mainstream mental health professional.

Before I ever had a title or a name in this life, I came here with a vow, as a soul devoted to remembrance. I carry remembrance codes. Not as a concept, but as a frequency. My soul stream runs through lifetimes of healing, attuning, guiding, and midwifing others back to their sovereignty.

I carry the lineage of the Sophia-Rose stream, the sacred feminine current that holds the codes of divine wisdom, healing through presence, and creation through frequency. I have walked this Earth in many lifetimes as a sound priestess, tonal weaver, seer, and keeper of sacred rites.

I’ve worked in temples of Mu, Atlantis, Lemuria, Egypt, and more, guarding the gateways between realms, guiding initiates, and tending to the crystalline structures of both the Earth and human memory. I was entrusted with sound codes, using voice, vibration, and frequency as a bridge between spirit and form. I’ve walked the dream realms as a dreamwalker, softening the veil so soul messages could reach the waking world.

Like most people, my life began in deep forgetting. I trusted what I was taught. I didn’t resonate with religion, wasn’t sure I believed in God, and placed my faith in what I could see, measure, or explain. Science made sense; it felt safe, structured, and reliable. So I stayed there, focused on what could be proven and understood. But my deeper knowing never left me. It whispered through intuition, synchronicity, and the ache I couldn’t name. Eventually I started listening, and ancient gifts began to reawaken through my hands, my voice, and my knowing. 

Despite my extensive training, I didn’t “learn” this path, I remembered it. Now I bridge realms, the ancient and the modern, the seen and unseen, to help others remember who they are beneath the conditioning, the pain, and the stories that were never truly theirs.

People often tell me they feel safe in my presence. Some say it's something in my energy, others mention my voice. There’s a frequency people pick up on, even if they can't name it. It's a transmission that softens the nervous system, opens the heart, and reminds the soul that it's safe to return home. My voice holds ancient tones and healing vibrations passed down through lifetimes. It’s not just the words I speak, but the frequency beneath them that carries the work. For many, this brings a deep sense of peace and inner regulation.

I also serve as a mirror, reflecting to others the truth of who they are beneath the noise, distortions, and pain. Sometimes that reflection feels like a homecoming. Other times, it can stir discomfort, because it brings to light what’s been buried or avoided. But either way, it's always in service of healing.

My offerings carry the frequency of awakening, soul alignment, and return to essence. I do not “fix.” I help others remember their own blueprint, because that is where healing becomes liberation. Whether doing hypnosis, working with tuning forks, channeling through the Akashic field, or entering the quantum layers of healing, I move in alignment with the frequency of truth and transformation. 

While I may not always understand what I do with my logical mind, and I cannot fully explain how or why it works, I’ve come to trust it completely. After hundreds of sessions and witnessing countless stories of healing, clarity, and transformation, I know this work is real, rare, and powerful. It doesn’t come from me, but moves through me. I am simply here to remember, to serve, and to hold the frequency of what’s possible when the soul comes home to itself.
